Case Studies

Project Details: The Workplace Experience team at NewWave is responsible for internal staff events. They reach out to Creative Services as-needed for visual design, motion graphics, invitations, signage, social media and email ads, etc. to support these initiatives.

My Contribution: In my tenure at NewWave, I’ve had the privilege to meet with stakeholders with regard to event details, mood boards, design and production management to support these. I’ve designed for holiday parties, informal informational series’ for staff, trainings, anniversary celebrations, fundraising drives, spirit weeks, family BBQ’s, cubicle decor contests, and more.

Outcomes: Staff are regularly treated to engaging experiences together that further a connectedness among colleagues that supports our desired company culture objectives.
