About the Client: NewWave is a globally-recognized, federally-certified provider of innovative business solutions for government and industry.
Users/Audience: NewWave Employees, visitors to NewWave campuses, attendees at the NewWave booth at HIMSS, etc.
Project Details: Digital screens and touchscreen interfaces around 4-5 NewWave campuses were used for various purposes including direction, meeting space availability, event schedules, staff announcements and more.
My Contribution: Requirements gathering, discovery work in order to understand the users involved, and then either working on the designs directly, or communicating the brief to team members and providing art direction, UX reviews and testing.
